3- Smith - Best game he has had for us this season even though he spent 10 in the bin
2- Ganon - Worked his socks off
1- Haley - Tackled brilliantly all match

Also i thought danny jones did a good job filling in for miles who luckily is ok and suffered concussion so shouldnt be out too long.

3 = Smith, head and shoulders above anyone else.

2 = Gannon, never stopped tackling when on the pitch.

1 = Jones, for the over head pass alone that led to one of our tries.

3 - Smith, ran hard and direct, looked really up for it.

2 - Haley, made some great 1 on 1 tackles and read the game well.

1 - Gannon, worked hard and for that hit towards the end.

Nash was close as well for one of his best games for a while.

Greenwood N/A easy to say he should have passed when cuit through but credit Batley for shadowing the support.
Worry 6/10 not much chance today , should have defused the Campell try cross kick , but did well defensively after
Haley 8/10 his one on ones probably stopped about 3 trys and kept us in the game.
Nash 6/10 Some daft offloads and some poor choices on passing. Close to getting sin binned for backchat.
White 7/10 could have nipped it at the end
Bowman 7/10 get himself properly fit and we could still make a player out of him. The lad tried hard today.
Jones 8/10 looks very assured at fullback as he did in Miles absence before
Bannister 6/10 snuffed out today
Clayton 5/10 Safe and neat but no impact
Smith 8/10 yes well played today Smithy

Gannon 8/10 worked very hard (Gannons son particularly liked his dads hit on Batleys prop "paddy"!)

Barlow 5/10 poor discipline today plus high shots (larder shouldnt have to tell him to get a grip....well done larder for dragging him away even if the suprisingly attractive 4th official did tell you off! )
Penky 7/10 never really got chance to move due to markers not square
Aizue 7/10 took a lot of ball standing still rather than charging
Chandler 7/10 merits place on that performance

Came close to pinching that game and would have probably deserved it the last 20 mins.

blew it in 1st half, discipline cost us (Barlow!)

3pts = haley (improving every week and looking like his old self again)
2pts= Smith (best match since he re-signed)
1pt = worrincy (solid enough under the pressure which was a improvement)

what a great effort fully expected to lose today but the way we kept in that 2nd half and possible could have won it near the end (and for some rather dodgy refereeing) was very encouraging. Keep it up lads and lets beat Widnes on Thurs!!
