Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa, PNG and Fiji all said English officials were not up to standard to ref test football.
This was a bad decision by the ARL/IRLF/Whatever.

All of the nations I listed asked for professional referee's of NRL standard to be used in their future matches. So yes, they were.
