Agreed re Lovell. Give him the captaincy and RCG a week off to calm down, maybe a spa day?


Surely JD must put in some fringe players/ kids. Ted D hopefully.  There's no need to score 80?  

I agree we should use some squad players in this match. Bit early in the season but I think some of the impact players should be taken out of the firing line with Stock, Lovell and perhaps HH or Brandon coming into the 17. No reason not to rest Morea and bring in Walker. He would do well and if the idea is Morea will flourish later in the year then why risk him.

With Richmond playing on the pitch yesterday, it should be heavy going today which might prevent a record score. Could be more mud bath than bloodbath. 

Well, wrong about a record score with Alex Max a beast in the centres. Be interesting to know what the attendance was. Bradford now confirmed for PL so fingers crossed the Beeb show it.

Main stand was full. I expect in reality not a massive crowd but for that ground it felt decently full. Nice professional performance - I enjoyed it. Thought Max and Mathias were really good again and Tindall was lively. I wouldn’t be surprised if he moves back to being a starter. Stock had a good game as well and I thought Meadows did well. 
Overall a real positive with the only negative being that I don’t think we have much depth in the kicking from the tee department. I wouldn’t advocate Garo taking over that role although in play he looked sprightly.
