"On report" is such an easy option and massive cop out. When a team is offended against in such a way then the team that has committed the offence should be punished immediately so that the other team is given an advantage. Getting a ban a week later isn't any good to anyone. Tommy Lee could score the winning try (

) but then he's almost definitely going to receive 2 or 3 game ban later in the week.
