If a swap, as per Korki and Sculthorpe, doesn't seem like a good swap unless there is some financial recompense. Nothing against Kirmond, but he's not Danny Brough.

I would not imagine kirmond coming to you, brown seems to rate him and I think he signed a 4 year deal last year. If you do get him I would not be very impressed, he Is a cracking player!

"on loan" is maybe the clue. Maybe we will swap wage bills and then he goes back to you at end of year.

Provided he comes back then I could live with that. Would do a great job for Wakefield for the rest of the year. However on a permanent basis I would rather keep danny of the k veriety.

rate danny kirmond very highly... can live with it being a 'loan' as hes just coming back from a serious injury and we have plenty second rowers at the club although was talk of him changing into a prop

I wouldnt be happy at all, if that was all where getting. Keep him(brough) if where only getting a player coming back after a serious knee kinjury on loan for rest of the season not worth it.
