I don't think I have ever seen a No6 get caught in possession and look so clueless with ball in hand. The sooner he is moved to full-back and a pacey stand-off recruited the better.

I accept he isn't the sole blame for his poor performance, but top quality stand-offs don't catch the ball, look around like a rabbit caught in headlights...before easily being tackled, you have to have some idea of what you are going to do before you catch the pass. |

His passing and quick thinking is not good enough for a top 4 team . Efforts there but sometimes that's not enough . Be happy to have him as back up next season .

Obviously I haven't see the performance today but if I were expecting a runner and I caught the ball went to pass and he wasn't their the rest could easily be what happened. |

I'm in full agreement. Have loved watching Richard play for us but IMO we need to move on and a new no.6 is needed. I'm happy to have Horney as part of the squad but his days of a starting place in the team should becoming to an end. |

I very much doubt that Horne will be at 6 next season.

Someone in our block was moaning that Seymour is the worst scrum half we've had since some bloke I'd never heard of (ie 20 + years ago). Is he really worse than Thorman?

People clearly watch a different game to me, Seymour was far from his best today, but his kicking was good IMO, he repeatedly forced drop-outs from Saints with good kicks. He can't do everything on his own and not having a good partner in the halves limits his effectiveness. |
