I watched West Tigers yesterday come form 18-6 down. Marshall single handedly took the opposition apart in the second half. Any B.O.D would be insane to let a player of half his quality go!
So they would be getting one of the best wingers in our country. As much as I love Tom, unfortunately he is not half the winger Matt Utai is on one of their wings. On their other wing they have a young Fijian kid who yesterday in scoring (I think) 4 try's, showed as much strength as Manu (on several occasions) and as much pace as Lineham.
I would love to be made to eat my words, but some how I think not!!

If Tickle wants to leave and we get a fee then I don't see a problem, like you say, he'll be going on our terms.

That was my concern until we played them at home. He largely played that role in that game and was very good, and in theory McRae should be well informed as to how suitable he will be for it.

Chase is a better defender than Dobson.

He did a very good job against us and they looked very dangerous when attacking and moved the ball well. I have no issues with him in that role.

As for McGoldrick, cover for 1, 6 & 7 but nothing more.
