When will the Bulls recieve the points deduction for going into admistration ? Been trying to think when and how many Wakey recieved ?

Wakey & Crusaders got them taken off before the 2011 season started. However, that was because they were in admin in between seasons.

The Bulls lose theirs a week on Tuesday, they will have to go to -4 like the 2 previous offenders.

Would they not just lose 4 competition points instead - taking them to 19pts level with ourselves?

That's also my understanding of the situation, although it might be six.

Think it was on boots n all and 6 points were mentioned. The reason championship clubs get 9 is because its worked out as the points from 3 wins ie them 3 a win us 2

They should change the rules so that ALL points are removed if it happens during the season, like Storm got in Oz with a 20 point deduction for the following season if it happens during the off season. 6 points is a joke.

Did Storm go into liquidation or did they purposely cheat the cap?

What makes me laugh is the £50k worth of bulls stock they are flogging on the cheap, thats fine and dandy when its yours but the bulls still owe Kooga £90k so cant see them been to happy.

Wouldn't they want them to raise funds and survive so they have a chance of receiving they're money rather than getting a penny in the pound?

The Storm situation was a totally different scenario, having effectively cheated for a number of years. Bulls have just ran into financial difficulty from mismanagement.

In the current franchised system though, I'd agree just wipe all their points off. If it was P/R then I'd say 6pts would be a fair deduction.
