So i take it our representatives will be the teams that finish in the top 3 at the end of the season. At the moment that would be saints, Cas & Wigan. Feel sorry for whichever team the RFL says had to miss out as I can't see Nigel wood and hetherington not having Leeds involved.

imho just an attempt by hetherington to make the usual top 4 teams stay the top 4 teams by earning more £s and gaining more media exposure, with the other 2 places a dangled carrot for the rest to chase.
everytime the aussies take it seriously (rather then a tougher pre season warm up game) our champions get beat anyway.
would rather see the GB tours etc come back as it is at least a true test of the game in this country, rather then english teams complimented with southern hemishere players against southern hemishere teams.
wcc is fine as it is
