Why?

Frank doesnt have the workrate of Cherryholme and in theory would have been exposed by the Barrow pack. I didnt think Cherryholme did too bad, its just that the one silly offload he made has been magnified.

MC said he'd picked Chezza over Frank because he felt they (Barra) would target him as his defence isn't as good as Chezza's. Add that to the rumour that Frank has been carrying a thigh injury for the latter part of the season and it made sense to play him. I'm glad he's here but like said earlier, he need to show some real aggression this year, without a penalty count hopefully.

Glad we've decided to give him another year, he may not be first choice but is a decent back-up.



Keighley fans rated him from a loan spell he had there while he was at the Bulls, and he aint done too bad for us, people have just made a big deal of his mistakes

he will go well next year. he has experainced Forwards like Aizue next year to guide him.

They may well have taken a pay cut if they have been offered the security of a two year deal. Maybe SOC needs to look at who sorts out the wages at Widnes. dosent seem like your getting value for money.

Barker (Probably on decent money) left mid season as did Charlesworth (Likely on very low money) add to the fact Worrincy, Smith & James are gone

colleague at work gets one of the rl papers , although i didnt see it , theres a mention about penky and Said possibly leaving although the reporter said that both are on watertight contracts.I suppose there is always going to be rumours/news of players leaving especially at this time of year.Both under contract so a transfer fee would be forthcoming - could be true although could be absolutely crap.
