I`m not that convinced he is in demand and clubs in the NRL are preferring to look elsewhere unless desperate in the nicest possible way and I`m not querying BA`s stock here but maybe there he`s not top of their list.
I get the impression BA is seen as yesterday’s man in NRL terms. If he wins us trophies bext year for us, this may change. But if NRL clubs are looking at SL coaches i think 2/3 others will have higher stock value currently, Lam, Peters etc
Think both Lam and Peters would have to go the assistant coach route. Arthur has 11 years as Head Coach with Paramatta, not to mention a GF appearance in 2022, so his experience gives him an edge. However I do think you have a valid point, in that the NRL tends to be (with notable exceptions) a young man's comp, and out of site is out of mind. At 51 BA isn't exactly ancient, but if he does want to extend his career (and win things) Leeds might be his best bet.
