I am not doubting the young kid's potential talent. However he is a passenger, and is offering nothing.



He loses the ball or does a daft off load on a regular basis.



He needs to play National 1 for a year, against experienced older players.



In the meantime, we need to sign an International centre of any nationality.

what will he learn there that he cant learn at the Rhinos?

He can learn about his own game in a less intense environment.



I understand your point, but we simply cannot "carry" players, especially in those positions that are crucial.

In fairness, if he played a season of NL1 he'd be making mistakes (and learning from them) and those mistakes wouldnt be adversely affecting us.

The biggest passenger on the pitch last night was Ablett IMO. He has had a poor few weeks now.

Coming into the team the way we are performing at the moment doesn't do Kallum many favours, He came in last season when we were in form and played well, Just look at the St Helens kids who look at home playing in the First Team due to the confidence around the team...

AGREE. He should be eased into a winning confident side...not thrown in with the present debilitated 'seniors'. Gibson did not deserve to be dropped.

However, would could have anyone in the right centre at the minute and it wouldn't make much difference. The backs on either side are not getting the ball quick enough. The pack have been pretty shocking all season.

I was very suprised in his inclusion last night. After his poor game at bradford he was rightly dropped the following week for the Giants game.

I went to watch him play in the reserves at Huddersfield on the Friday and with no exaggeration at all he was probably the worst player on the pitch. The first 5 touches of the ball he knocked on twice, and tried 3 impossible offloads on the first and second tackles losing the ball in his own half.

He offered absoloutly nothing and also his defence was appalling.

The funny thing was that Brian Mclennan was there for the whole game and then he promotes him back into the first team squad !!!

I personally dont think Gibson offers anything at all but he is steady, and after the great win at hudds i could not understand the change ??
