Good signing if he remains injury free, but it does pose the question, where will Sykes play next season? I'd hate to see him play centre for a full season again, so will he be our cover back if Platt is leaving ?
I'm thrilled that Halley will be playing FB though.

Good stuff - If he stays fit.
Now we need two top draw backs - a centre and a wing and a solid prop IMO.
The signing of Readon on top of that as cover in the backs and we are not looking too bad.

thats what I suspect will happen, all depends who else we're getting in. reardon seems likely so that could solve the wing berth, then we really need a . |

Perhaps, if he's fit. But he had a very serious injury that takes some recovery.
Reardon's a decent fullback and wing cover and arguably less prone to brain farts than Platt (if Platt's off back to Salford) but if he's running on one leg then I'd rather keep Platt. |
