it's not that simple cos the afl has a salary cap that inglis must fit under and a draft.



essendon cant just go and sign inglis... he must put himself in the draft and then all the teams can bid for him.

The QRL is being eminently sensible for once. This isn't club footy, so that tired old e about Building For Next blah blah blah doesn't get a jersey. It's rep footy. And there's a rep series to be won now, not next year.
