I was hoping that he'd be offered some sort of coaching role after Karl Harrison departed, especially as he wasn't getting much game time in Australia.

Now that's a quality shout, he had an affinity with the club and fans and you'd like to think that he'd be eager to make a name for himself. I would look at getting Harrison is as a defensive coach too, for me you need a coach with flair and a coach who is defensively minded the two mentioned fit that bill exactly.

I'm sure Harrison would see that as a demotion and could be insulted should we make such an offer.
