Nice to see, certainly in the first half when both HBs were on the pitch, that Clarke had options on the park at each and every play the ball. Monas to his left, Briers to his right, and so many options to play with.



My favourite moment today was first half, camped down deep on the left side of field, last tackle, Monas is pointing to Clarke to pass the ball from PTB to Briers. Briers is nodding. Defence are lined up and charge for Briers. Clarke passes back straight to Monas who has bags of time to place his kick across field which led to another Hicks try. Set move.



Now THAT is communication.
