I hate to sound snotty...

....But anybody listing these 3 in the same list together, are, in my opinion, very unimaginative musically.



Nothing wrong with them individually....well, except for Oasis, who have been mediocre since '97....but it just comes across as somebody who believes good music can only be played on guitars and drums, and in an English accent, which everybody knows is very a very misguided notion...

Yes they were, was brilliant. Also loved Metallica and Black Kids were good when they supported the Kaiser Chiefs 2 weeks ago too.

I saw The Alarm supporting U2 at the Royal Court in Liverpool back in the early 80's - blown away by their shiny black accoustic guitars and anthemic songs, only to be disappointed subsequently by a lack of new sound.
