Very true. I have just seen that Walker has slid out of the game to become a mortgage adviser. I suspect that can be directly linked to how it went at Wakefield and yet he did quite well at Leigh so I’m surprised. There is of course a PT championship team in a city with the highest retail value of property that is crying out for quality players but I guess that square can’t be circled.

And you can trip over mortgage broker jobs around every corner too.

Maybe if we revisit our Skolars and Aussies only recruitment policy it may be an option....if of course he wanted to play for us.

if we had a certain Danny ward as manager, then its possible we might actually recruit the walkers of this world, as that manager knew how to make a team better than its constituent parts.



But instead we have a bottom 4 League one coach out of his depth, who cant even get a point on the field let alone on the league table
