Seriously, if a few knock ons (that resulted in bugger all) and a couple of penalties (wasn't the only one) constitutes 'a stinker' =#FF0040when taken with the balance of the >30 tackles and continuously driving the ball in hard, then i'd suggest nearly all players in SL and the NRL are 'having stinkers' each and every single match, with a fair number of players putting in undiluted bum gravy performances. |

Yes but all the hard work going forward is undone by dropping the ball and coughing up possession and if he's going to get penalised for holding down he's inviting unnecessary pressure onto the team. Could have been really costly on Friday night. I'd rather he find a happy medium. |

Having a stinker, would be dropping the ball and not putting the work in defence. Doing one without the other merely takes the performance down to average (from what should have been good).
There's got be be a bloody happy medium with judging people to. |
