....... but after the antics of a lot of the Wire ' fans ' today, I hope they get smashed in the final, be it from Hudds or more than likely from Stains.



They have a serious element of violent hooligans. I wont call them animals as animals dont attack for no reason.



I witnessed one poor Wigan fan getting punched from behind by a thug for no reason when the Wigan fan wasnt even involved with him.



For the record the Wire ' fan ' has a large tattoo of a cross on his left arm and is very overweight. Someone must know this thug.

Hmmm, I was also saddened to see that Wire still do have a minority hooligan element. I dread to think what would have happened had they lost, as their last try was scored they began to throw bottles over to us wigan fans.



I didn't have a good feeling before the match with the very few Wire junior fans I saw, I knew it was majority of adults. Then the numbers of police I saw as we entered the ground, I was convinced then that there was gonna be trouble.



just hope that it all calmed down after the match.

Truth hurts.

If it's a Wire Saints final, I'll gladly support Saints.



The only comfort to me in this barron spell for Wigan RL is that we're not Warrington.

There were quite a few Dires getting fist-happy at the end.

In my experience of semi finals and finals some fans are not far behind football fans in terms of behaviour.



The big occasion seems to get scum crawling out of the woodwork.

0.1% of the Wire fans let the rest of the 99.9% down which a real shame.



If they play Saints i hope they get the win and like i say for 99.9% of them i'll be more then happy.

We also got a beer thrown at us from the back of the stand, it hit the guy in the seat behind us.

The scum element of every club makes me feel like vomiting! Wish they would stick to football and leave our good game alone!

Tbh i couldnt give a ! You will always get that at a game like this from both clubs. All i'm bothered about is the result

Most of them are just nasty people or just plain stupid. It's shown week after week on here.

in the 1989 semi final the whole stadium looked a scene from a western

5 Wigan lads near McD's after the game kicked off on an old bloke in a Wire top for no apparant reason ? When they realised they were surrounded by people who were prepared to help him they soon disappeared. Very brave... very brave indeed.



You'll get trouble at any game that includes beer and mixed supporters.
