As far as I can tell, it's not meant to be a big screen to see the action on - it's a space for local businesses to stick adverts on.

Elston said yesterday that they are going to have a couple of camera men on the sidelines as well as a couple in the stands streaming the game onto the screen. The idea is to then re-play key events of the match just like Sky do.
