Not me, I am skint! A few years ago (5?) it was £13 to get in on the day. I went to most home games and a few away. Since then I have been able to go to fewer and fewer games. I am committed to the club but was only able to get to 2 games last season because the cost was prohibitive. Prices of everything are going up far faster than incomes so something has to give.

my away games are selective and wish I could go to more but as a family three out of five go so it becomes expensive, for me France is too far just can't justify it, kids have to come first,
I think the two pounds extra to the admittance price is only on the day, its not too hard to think about ordering the week before and picking them up on the day of the match the shop is open isn't it so in effect the club is giving the option for fans still to get them at last years price which is not beneficial to the club if fans use this option.

| What about away fans are the able to purchase in advance at a reduced rate? If not you can see the point paying more to get into Belle Vue than the JJB seems a little crazy. As we still rely on away support, something that wont change with the price rise, I hope they do get some discount as it could well put many off.

| Quote REDWHITEANDBLUE="REDWHITEANDBLUE"Yeah right a small increase from £18 to £20 thats a rise in excess of 10% a real winner in the current economic climate'"
As we have just been told at work this coming year we won't be getting the yearly wage increase due to the economy etc so the 11.2% rise is a lot to the majority of people in the North of England.
Its not just 1 paying entry it as my self is 2 and for others possibly a family of 4+.
Not well thought out especially when were trying to bring in the floating supporter.

There are match day tickets for families, I think its £32.
I think there should be some sort of reward for loyal supporters unable to find the money for a season ticket which is why a scheme along the lines of collecting ten match tickets either gets you a discount off a season ticket the following season or enables you to attend a match free, much like when you go for a coffee and you get a card stamped. Buy 8 and the 9ths coffee is free sort of thing.
This would reduce the price to £16.20 on average which isn’t enough of a saving to upset season ticket holders but potential £4 off a match day price should be a welcome relief to those struggling financially.

| Quote yorkshireone="yorkshireone"i live out in germany now as alot of you know. so i dont get over that often but 20 pound is a lot i will still come and be a floating supporter but not sure how many games
something needs to be sorted out
u pay 20 pouund to go sit at the kc or somewhere like that but not at bell vue ( before anyone goes off on one ive been going to wakey games at bell vue for 21 years) i just think our ground is not worth a 20 pound admission price'"
Each to their own i guess - but i love BV and would prefer not to move at all. At BV you have not only a fantastic view - and the ability to move to wherever you like in the ground, but also you get a real sense of atmosphere, close enough to hear the hits going in. Been to the so called modern grounds like the KC and the JJB and to be frank its like sitting at the top of a step ladder watching subuteo - cack.

Away supporters have to pay more than that to stand in the rain at Headingley.
Funny how the SKY cameras dont show that end isnt it!
