Cuddleclub: Well well well, I was told he had a clause in his contract he couldn’t sign for a SL Club. Not sure on this best years well behind him. Can't see that would have been legal unless it was Watts that asked to be released from his contract, if Cas/McGuire where the ones to instigate his contract termination then they wouldn't be able to restrict his chances of re employment.

In fairness McGuire said in the post match interview that he expected Watts to go part-time and it looks like we've come in at the last second.Sounds like he's struggled for fitness all pre-season, however it is a long season. If he can focus on getting his fitness levels up and be ready to be called upon when needed whilst on presumably reduced terms, then I think its a decent deal for all involved.
