The guy is completely out of his depth. It was such a poor, poor decision to appoint him it beggars belief. A real sign of inexperience from rule (who must have been involved if he didn't actually make the decision). The 2 previous coaches were not great, but at least had some relevant experience. agar has never even worked in a top quality coaching environment and gained most of his experience from coaches in the 2nd and 3rd divisions and our two failed coaches prior to him.



If he is here next season I really think we'll sink so low it will take us years to recover
