Been following rugby for 20 years, I belive he he played for fax in 86. Was he any good and what kind of prop was he, ie like frank or said with pace?

He was superb, got 10 out of 10 on New years Day at Swinton I think, probably only one sober though.
Had great hands, read game and ran like Shad but with 3 stone on, and 5 when he'd been here eating Quality Street for a few months.

Probably one of the best off loads I have ever seen. Ran hard, tackled hard and made superb yardage. Shame we couldnt have had him for more than a season. Funny how when you Google him, Wiki only has him down playing for Leeds, Barrow and Rochdale. No mention of the mightly Fax and his part in the succeses

Superb player. Remember him once stopping to use the phone box on hopwood lane, he couldn't work out hiw to use it so i took him in my house to use our phone, he ended up hanging around for about 3 hours and i got him to sign everything in sight, we ended up going for a kick around with my mates

A great player for Barrow as well. I think he had 2 seasons here and played when we got promotion to Division 1 (todays SL). I think it was when we had Rod Reddy as player/coach.
