I can't find anything official on this from the club.

Why would the club do this? If true I can only assume it's due to illness because many have commented on this forum about him looking unwell recently.

It has to be something to do with his health. (if this is not a wind-up). I've seen him look pretty poorly on a couple of occasions: not on Sky when he's had the benefit of make up.

Whatever his failings as a SL coach or anything else, I really wouldn't want to see the guy ill either by the stress of the job or because of just general poor health.

Lets face it the stress McRae is under is considerable .

recent results the level of expectation & our reaction won't have helped if he is feeling the pressure.

hope it's nothing serious.

although i can't help but feel that this is a very convenient way for all parties to get what they want. if after a month the decision is that he doesn't return, then the club gets to re-invigorate the coaching system, and Shaun McRea gets to walk away with his dignity intact without being fired or seen as a quitter.

What date is it in one months time?

If true, as much as I want to see McRae leave the club I sincerely hope any health problem isn't serious.
