Worst fans in the league, always have been always will be. 1994 in what was effectively a title decider @ Central Park when the scores were level at 14-14 some of them were sloping out of the exits. Bizarre race of people.

They can almost fill a 25k stadium, i'd say only 1/5 of their fans left early, so about 4k wigan fans are beyond belief, why leave a game that could have so easily turned due to the amount of mistakes ?

Ok. Without wanting to rise to the provocation. I left with 90 seconds to go, because the Mrs was bursting for a wee. The stairway was clear. Not one person leaving.

If you think 1/5 of our fans left early, I suggest you retake your basic maths tests; perhaps age 6 might suffice?

I saw a few leave (like that doesn't happen at every game), but with us still being within only a try and a bit no-one was keen to go.

Sorry Cronus but the wigan walk isn't a myth or an invention, it's true - I don't think it's quite the 1/5th figure quoted, but it's always a sizable amount of people leave early from Wigan games, regardless of what the scoreline is.

It's almost unfathomable, but I have a suspicion that the early leavers are simply not wanting to get caught in the truly dreadful traffic jams that Wigan gets every time I've ever been in a car there after a RL game!
