How can Joel Tomkins get away with kicking out in 38th minute on McGuire.

Seems if you play for Wigan you get away with anything, as said in previous post the RFL must really want Wigan at Old Trafford.
Added to the fact the Tomkins brothers have taken cheating to a new level, McGuire must coach them that if you can't beat them with rugby win by cheating to get penalties so Richards can kick the goal, he imported this culture from his previous club.

The Luaki one for Hull on Saturday night was far worse. He simply lifted the player up, turned him upside down and dropped him on the floor. Far worse than anything Buderus did. They'll appeal it.
