Why am I just getting music from Radio Warrington ?

Switching to Twitter stream

Even the music is crap.

Back on now.

It was an interesting afternoon...no electrics to the press bench, 4G kept dropping out and a "cosy" press bench

Thanks to those who listened and apologies for interruptions in service - lots of technical issues for all the press

Mathew,how do I get to listen to radio Warrington? I tried to get on your site yesterday & nothing happened ,unless it was my wifi connection. I had to be content with updates from your local competitors who for some reason didn't cover the match.

Don't know if this helps, but I installed an app called Tunein Radio and I can get Radio Warrington without a problem (still kept getting 80's music at random points in the match, but it was always on Radio Warrington)

The 4g signal kept dropping and our system seems to be set to " go back to the studio and play crap 80s songs"
Tune in app is best or one of the site links but from 16th may we will be on 1332 am.

Will being on the AM band mean ahelicopter will be flying overhead every few minutes as in the good. old days of Atlantic 252 ?

I think Atlantic 252 was on long wave not medium wave. Long wave was used by many European countries.
The 'helicopter' was known here as the 'Russian Woodpecker'. It was a jammer to stop ussr citizens listening in to western world services. The use of the radio jammer was denied by Russia.
