I don’t see a problem with phased builds and it’s something the RFL should consider. 11K would be more then enough for Cas (and Trinity) and a brand new 2 sided 11K stadium would be far better then what they have now.

Doesn't bother me. As already said, something is better than nothing and still underlines our commitment to the project. I think phasing is the best way to be honest. Ideally, I'd like it all in one but obviously finances dictate otherwise.

who can tell and you/we won't be the only ones if things don't go to plan.

It might be that there is a temporary ground share if the stadium is still going to be built, as the Community Trust won't turn tenants away, even temporary ones, I would imagine.

True, but there was certainly a good amount of crowing from the Cas fans when TP went t!ts up.

Not from the ones that I would be bothered about. A few people poking fun on here does not render the whole lot as selfish - and I hope that we will not all end up being tarred with the same brush as those who would seek to point score at their bad turn.
