Saves a fair wedge on cap but no new signings, dont think we need any just for sake of it..but if we could get andy kain off of fev, fuifui moimoi or steve price, david williams or steve turner..or even go big and try and get lockyer for sykes and move sykes to centres and crookes on bench.



But think alot of the big name players off contract is aus will stay over there..if we can get another big name then good..but dont need to go for sake of it.

Release half a team including probably our second best player of the year so far superb.

Lynch is going..fact, newton is getting slower and will be on a fair chunk, godwin is on contract and newton isnt, is tadulala worth a new deal when new rules are coming in,might as well use halley where he should be used, solomona injury prone and on alot of cash, jefferies is good when team is playing good, but can go missing too much, but yes all those i can see going, you cant keep everyone happy, you either keep the experienced older guys, or let the younger lads step up to the plate.. the team i picked only crookeswould step up for now, leaving hyde, straugheir, donaldson, crossley etc to get the experience during the injury spell.

No, no ,no. Get rid of Jeffries when he's having a brilliant season so far? Newton is playing quality and should be retained with Rinaldi instead of Godwin & we should look to offload Godwin. What's your sources on knowing that Lynch is going? Tadulala has been in good form and should get another year deal, given his age.

We should really be looking to re-sign Newton, now we have a second Hooker back you can see his quality, he will probably be on slightly less than his last contract anyway, so there's your problem solved.



So, we get rid of Tadulala who has been solid and doesn't make many mistakes, put Halley there, and then have Platt back at FB? Then when Platt is off-form and really lacking in confidence and we need somebody to fill in, where are we going to look?



We'll have to see about Solomona, but if re-signed should be on considerably less.



Jeffries is good when the teams good, obviously. But this season he's only "gone missing" once and has been one of our best and most consistent players with our top try-assists. Jeffries Deacon works well when they are both on form & Sykes showed his quality is in the centres rather than the halves on saturday (although he didn't do badly in the halves).



Some of those younger guys should get experience in a couple of matches, they aren't all ready to be chucked into SL, especially if our team is going to be as poor as you are making out next season.

Jeffires will deffo get a new contract
