especially after Child's "performance" in the Stains Cats game, a couple of weeks ago. Beyond pooh.
With this guy, everything is a loose carry. He doesn't care if or want to look close enough to see if someone's nudged their arm in to dislodge the ball, he just calls loose carry.
Other than that I think he seems like an alight ref.
