Best game in a Wigan shirt for me, i have been critical of him but the last 2 weeks since the loss of Hock, he has really put his hand up.

Since the Hock situation all 3 of Bailey, Joel and Hansen have upped their games and thats great to see. Infact the whole side seems to have which hopefully will be built on from here on in.



We've had too many false dawns in the past so hopefully this won't be another.

When the Quins player was sent off, it was Bailey who was called over with JT.

Lockers plays way better when he is relieved of the captaincy.

Bailey was great tonight, he stepped up from being solid to a really good player.

also playing for a new contract,but always look more solid when he plays,if it is just too see how long he can delay the play the ball

Personally i felt once Locky went off we looked devoid of a leader big time.

He's a master of laying on at the play the ball





Funny thing is he doesn't give that many pens away for how often he does it.

He has NEVER been our captain imo.

Think you are reading way too much into that 1 off situation. I noticed it too was noit sure why he was asked over thought it was because he was involved in the trouble but it was unusual for the captain to not be there if that was the case.

I agree. I must hold my hands up and say that I have bagged Lockers in the past but when he went off, apart from those 2 individual Leulai tries we looked shapeless, devoid of ideas and lacked direction.
